Work Rentals

  • Does the portable have a urinal? Yes.

  • Do we have containment trays? Yes (It is an extra fee.)

  • Do we charge for weekly service? No, one service is included. If customer requests extra service then it is an extra charge.

  • Portables must be placed on gravel or concrete to be serviced during the rain.

  • What is the servicing process? Pump out the waste, hose it down and scrub all around. Spray it down with our strong soap solution. Pour the blue liquid deodorizer into the toilet. Fill up the sink with new fresh water if needed. Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and seat covers.


Event Rentals

  • How many people is 1 standard unit for? For 60 people.

  • Same day pick up is only available for Lodi and Stockton.

  • Most units are taken Friday and picked up Monday.

  • There is not an exact time of drop off. If needed early in the day please schedule drop off a day before.

  • Will the unit come stocked up? Yes, already includes toilet paper, seat covers, and soap. (Please plan to have backup as were are not responsible if the toiletries get used up during event.)

  • Do the units have lights inside? The lights are not included. If you would prefer a light inside it is an extra fee.

  • Handicap units do not include a hand wash inside.

  • Luxury trailers are not handicap accessible.


Bought portables

  • Do we deliver the units that are bought? No, must be picked up at our Stockton lot.

  • If interested in buying/ viewing a unit please call our office to schedule an appointment.

  • MUST have appointment to see the portables in person.

  • We sell used or new units.

  • Do we provide service on bought portables? Yes, must call office if possible to get on schedule.

  • Units are always sold empty, customer is responsible for filling up holding tank with 5 gallons of water.
